Project: Clear Creek Transit Village
Location: 6001 Federal Blvd., Denver, Colorado
Rail Corridor and Station: Gold Line, Federal Blvd. Station

Description: The Denver Transit Oriented Development Fund, LLC, managed by The TOD Group purchased a 21 acre property in February 2009 to construct the Clear Creek Transit Village, which will be a mixed use TOD located next to the train station with access to Clear Creek and its bike path with views of Lake Sangraco and the Rocky Mountains to the west. The TOD Group is working with Adams County and RTD as the property owner and master developer of the site.

The design promotes sustainability by creating a walkable and bicycle-friendly community that facilitates transit use and incorporates green design and solar power.

The Clear Creek Creek Transit Village (6001 Federal Blvd.) is located along the Gold Line minutes to downtown Denver.
